Born in Lubbock, TX, Brendan Lamb has been a steady fixture in the Central Texas BBQ scene. He cut his teeth in one of Texas’s top rated barbecue joints, working alongside some of the best in the business.
In 2018, he ventured out on his own and headed north to Dallas, TX where he launched his Smiley’s Craft Barbecue brand. Brendan has also instructed and consulted with numerous barbecue start-ups who credit his one on one classes to their success.
