Den tidligere skuespilleren, har jobbet seg opp til å bli et av de store navnene innen Texas style Barbecue. Han har jobbet med de beste i bransjen og drev i flere år den populære restauranten Smiley´s Barbecue i Dallas TX. I dag jobber han som konsulent for restauranter og holder kurs gjennom BBQ XO. Lamb var også å se i sesong 2 av det populære matprogrammet BBQ Brawl på Food Network i USA. Nå tar han turen til Norge, og du kan få grille med han på et av våre eksklusive kurs!
